Beginning September 1st please be aware that we are moving to 55 minute sessions. This change is to allow the highest quality of care for our clients, allows your therapist a moment of space between sessions and the opportunity for a minute of self care (bathroom/snack). We appreciate your understanding in this small change.

Beginning November 1st Japneet’s rates will be increasing to 200 per hour. Beginning December 1st Kathlyn’s rates will be increasing to 200 per hour.

A Registered Psychologist born and raised in Calgary. She obtained her first degree in Health Sciences (Addictions Counselling) from the University of Lethbridge, in 2002. She also has a Masters of Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary, obtained in 2007. Lastly, she holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, obtained in 2017.
