Jessy aims to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges. She has experience working with children, youth and emerging adults struggling with a variety of concerns such as life transitions, learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Jessy works to offer a warm and welcoming environment where people can feel safe and secure, to allow them to identify their strengths and grow their confidence. Jessy approaches each client interaction with compassion, positivity, and genuine interest to allow the individuals she works with to feel valued and understood.

Cailea is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Cailea completed her practical training as a student at Eastside Community Mental Health Services where she gained experience in working with individuals of all ages and various presenting concerns. Cailea also has experience from her time volunteering for Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse and her time working in the non-profit sector with vulnerable populations.
Cailea works from an integrative approach, often drawing from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Cailea has completed specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Training for trauma.
Cailea believes that the best experience in therapy happens when there is a strong therapeutic relationship. Cailea strives to create a safe and judgement-free space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves completely which can look different for each person - discussing serious topics, expressing emotions not often expressed, and even feeling the freedom to laugh when things are funny.
